You can track your order directly through Doctor365 under the “My Orders” section. Once your shipment is created, you will receive an update via email and WhatsApp. Click on the tracking link to monitor your package's journey in real-time, including its current status and estimated delivery time.

3. Shipping Options & Rates

Our shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Delivers within [4-5 business days] to most locations. This cost-effective option is ideal for non-urgent orders.

Express Shipping: Available for urgent orders with faster delivery times. Additional charges apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
