Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Doctor365 is committed to ensuring the accurate processing of medicines, products, lab tests, appointments, and services as per the order and prescription, with the aim of delivering them in pristine condition to our customers. We advise our customers to thoroughly inspect their items upon delivery or verify service bookings to ensure satisfaction with their order.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure that the products and services you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you encounter any of the following issues with your order, please notify User Support immediately within 7 days of receiving the products or accessing the service for prompt resolution:
- Incomplete order
- Expired product
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product
- Technical issues with Doctor365 services
- Issues with lab test bookings or appointments
Please note that we will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at 9031013315 or via email, providing your order number and any other required details.
Our dedicated team will verify your return request within 72 business hours.
Once verified, our team will arrange for the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packed in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product(s).
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted if there is a service failure, an unfulfilled service, or an issue covered under our Doctor365 terms.
For lab tests and appointment bookings, refunds will be processed as credits to the user’s wallet in the following cases:
- If the appointment or lab order is canceled before the service is initiated.
- If the service provider is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Mode of Refund
- Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking: 7 to 10 working days.
- Wallet: 2-3 working days.
- COD Orders: Contact support for refund processing.
- Doctor365 Services & Lab Tests/Appointments: Refunds processed as credits to the user’s wallet.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email us your order details along with the reason for the refund request to initiate the process.
Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their orders until the shipment of the order is created. If a user wishes to cancel before shipment, they can do so by logging into their account and navigating to the "My Orders" section.
For lab tests and appointment bookings:
- Users may cancel before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs after service initiation, refunds may not be applicable.
Cancellation Process
If shipment has already been created but the user still wishes to cancel, they must contact us via email at support or by calling 9031013315.
For Doctor365.in service and lab test/appointment cancellations, users must reach out to our support team for assistance before the service starts.
